We Require

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and knowledge management.

  • Strong understanding of KM principles, business architecture, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead change initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise content management systems.

  • Familiarity with Al-driven KM tools and taxonomy design.

  • Ability to translate business needs into KM solutions.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operational Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational learning, collaboration, and information sharing. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing knowledge management systems and processes that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage knowledge management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and implement KM strategies, frameworks, and governance models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Design and oversee the deployment of KM tools, platforms, and repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, intranet portals).

  • Promote a knowledge-sharing culture through training, communication, and change management initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KM initiatives using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

  • Facilitate communities of practice and support subject matter experts in content creation and curation.

  • Extract information from variety of sources (e.g. WhatsApp, online Meetings, R&D exercises).
