∎ Business Graduate from any reputed university with a major in Marketing / Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive & ensure targeted Service Delivery Parameters
∎ Ensure implementation of proactive communication with Customers and Channel Partners
∎ Rapport building with channel partners (dealer / exclusive / plaza / retailer)
∎ Implement different Customer Experience/Service delivery initiatives
∎ Ensure visit to Service Points / CPs / Collection Points of under predefined zone / jurisdiction
∎ Bring improvements of Service Experts according to recommendations from Service Excellence
∎ Coordination with other intra and inter departments / sections
∎ Review SLA and SOP and propose simplification and efficiency
∎ Coordination with IT and Software development teams for ensuring efficient daily operation
∎ Preparing guidelines, processes, policies relevant to repair operations
∎ Prepare Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly reports considering Service Delivery, Improvements Area
∎ ADHOC Reporting assigned by HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in same / similar role in any reputed organizations.
∎ Having an experience in different roles in Customer Service for minimum 4 to 5 years along with a reputed organization.
∎ Experience in both device industry and Telco industry will be preferred and considered as additional qualification.
∎ Strong leadership, communication skills, high patience.
∎ Proven track record of managing minimum 50 people in direness positions.
∎ Drive for continuous improvements and adoptable to frequent changes.
