Paper, Packaging Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have sufficient knowledge in over all supervision and operation of the Paper Machine including Process, Production Planning & Implementation.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of production plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic production plan and its implementation.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.

∎ Evaluate productivity of the plant and introduced new strategies to enhance productivity, Reduce operational costs and implement advanced safety measures.
∎ Provide material specifications and other requirements for procurement.
∎ Ensure Quality production and look after over all quality control.
