∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
∎ Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
∎ Research and design methods for survey processes
∎ Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
∎ Build maps, sketches, and charts
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
∎ Purchase and maintain equipment
∎ Report on survey results and present findings to clients
∎ Collaborate with Engineers and Architects on several projects
∎ Conduct surveys on land sites and properties

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have best knowledge in various type of Surveying works such as Contour/Digital Survey/ Plane table/ Route Survey/ GPS Survey/Grid Survey/Land Survey.
∎ Vast Knowledge in pre and post section of land filling/land development work.
∎ Should have ability to procure daily report to management.
∎ Should have knowledge of Auto CAD Software and other necessary Software’s.
∎ Should have knowledge of using Idioms/Total Station/Topcon/Theodolite/ Any other modern survey equipment.
∎ Job experiences in Govt. Private/renowned Real Estate Company/ Housing Company or Developer Company as Digital Surveyor.
∎ Must have the ability to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations.
∎ Must have knowledge and ability necessary to perform layout and surveying.
