Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skill in Marketing and Sales of real estate/residential/land projects.
∎ Maintain client database for regular monitoring and follow up.
∎ Setting & developing sales strategies.
∎ Creating new customer to achieve the sales target.
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the existing customer and searching for new customer.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirements.
∎ Achieve sales target as per Annual Business Plan / Target.
