Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have leadership quality to inspire people to work
∎ Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
∎ Assist HR, Admin, Accounts, Credit, Stock, Commercial, Marketing & Sales team
∎ Help to promote company's cultures that encourages top performance and high morale
∎ Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
∎ Report to top management for daily activities summery of each functional department
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
∎ Maintain customer relation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in following areas: Admin and Accounts, Credit and Commercial, Sales and marketing, Purchase, Stock and Customer service.
∎ Must have matured personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive and well mannered
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing
∎ Working experience in the Relevant Track will get priority
∎ Who have no experience need not to apply for the position
