Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing /Hotel Management/ Management, Post-graduation in hospitality or related field of study will be given preference. Educational Qualifications can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates with relevant professional experience.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Achieving the satisfaction of the service seekers by planning, managing, coordinating, staff management, organizing and organizing all types of administrative tasks.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the reservation of training, workshops, meetings and guest.
∎ Ensure proper service including accommodation, food and classroom, meeting room and training equipment according to reservation.
∎ Lead the operation team of BRAC Learning Centre by providing guidance and supervision to Officer, Operation, Officer, Store and Service Sector.
∎ Prepare and implement the annual budget and procurement plans.
∎ Ensure the proper cost management by following the standard of consumption criteria as per Operational Manual, control the expense vs revenue as per management guideline. By following the guideline ensure the profitability of BRAC Learning Centre.
∎ Ensure an environment of BLC which is gender sensitized and follows safeguarding policy of BRAC.
∎ Plan new ideas for expanding market of the BRAC Learning Centre. Marketing at local level to ensure the use of BLCs space usage to its maximum.
∎ Plan the operational activities and ensure its implementation for providing proper service to the guests and participants.
∎ Monitor the operational activities like purchase committee, store management, staff roster management, VAT & Tax submissions to the Govt., bill collections etc. to maintain compliance.
∎ Monitor the construction works within the BRAC Learning Centre premises as per approved construction design and guideline.
∎ Plan for yearly staff development of BRAC Learning Centre and implement it accordingly to upgrade the service standard.
∎ Prepare and verify the documents and reports in the operation sector for responding to audit reports and submit it to the responsible department within time.
∎ Ensure the learning, relation development and service of the BLCs Learning environment through the interventions and inter-scheduling programs.
∎ Ensure office service facilities to the other programme offices within BRAC Learning Centre.
∎ Ensure security, food hygiene, cleanliness and beauty enhancement of BRAC Learning Centre.
∎ Ensure all operational activities like the purchase of the required goods of the BRAC Learning Centre the approval of the bill voucher is maintained as per policy and guideline.
∎ Assess the Annual PMS target of all employees and evaluating them according to the appropriate guideline at the end of the year.

∎ Programme Evaluation ,Capacity building and community mobilization
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The applicants should have 5-7 years practical work experience in reputed Hotels, Resorts or Restaurants. The applicants having experience in the following area(s): Hotel, Resort, Hotel Front Office, Restaurant & Resort Operation experience will get preference.
