Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing the Salary Sheet, Bank Forwarding, Bonus Sheet and other payroll related documents
∎ Assist to update Personal Information, Pay Role, Leave in the process and maintain periodic reports of employees record data
∎ Monitor regular attendance & late report
∎ Evaluate HRIS effectiveness which lead to system up-gradation and improved performance
∎ Maintain and introduce new policy or rules in terms and conditions
