Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, schedule job interviews, exam process, arrange face to face interviews etc.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
∎ Utilize various channels including job sites, social media and professional networks to source potential candidates
∎ Preparing Offer letters and Appointment letters and manage joining formalities for new employees of the organization
∎ Coordinating and ensuring training arrangements for employees
∎ Conduct Induction programs for new employees
∎ Carry out any other related task as assigned by supervisor from time to time
