Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be custodian of RM / PM and FG stocks available in the plant.
∎ Ensure correct receiving of all RM/PM from suppliers/vendors.
∎ Ensure material supply to production as per FIFO and FEFO
∎ Ensure FG receiving from production floor
∎ Arrange proper space utilization / stacking of all finished goods in the respective warehouse.
∎ Inform depot in charge about any discrepancy or product damage found after unloading and record it on invoice.
∎ Monitor whether the product is being kept right place right way after unloading.
∎ Ensure FG transfer to depots or distributor as per distribution/supply chain or business schedule.
∎ Maintain FIFO / FEFO during delivery to depot/distributor.
∎ Effective communication with internal and others department for smooth operation.
∎ Communicate with distribution/ supply chain business for smooth delivery.
∎ Inform to business and commercial availability of RM/PM/FG stock.
∎ Identify slow moving and non-moving item and to inform business and Finance
∎ Keep stock control system up-to-date and ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Reconciliation of FG received & RM/PM issue quantity reconciliation with production.
∎ Reconcile labor contractor bill with gate pass /challan/ invoice in every month.
∎ Prepare monthly warehouse activities report, monthly stock report, loading unloading bill report, market return report, alarming stock report and submit to respective department.
∎ Ensure for maintaining separate file and maintain all warehouse related document.
∎ To take necessary step for write off / write in of product of respective business.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse premises.
∎ Adhere safety rules during handling of agrochemicals, hygiene/homecare products as well as other dangerous goods (DG) as per standard guideline.
∎ On job & theoretical training provide to subordinates to improve their performance.
∎ Ensure process modification and continuous improvement initiatives and to keep record.
∎ Maintain warehouse equipment properly and in case any problem found then inform to Engineering department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience is required for Senior Officer position
