Responsibilities & Context:
01. Manage daily production as per the production plan and monthly ROFO provided by the business. Accomplishment area:
- a. Achieve target to meet production plan
- b. RM/PM availability.
- c. Requisition of required “daily manpower” to admin. dept.
- d. To maintain optimum machine speed.
- e. Reduction of breakdown maintenance (as per sl. # 06).
- f. Carry out shift production responsibility as per the production plan.
02. To maintain production quality through standard operating procedure (SOP).
03. To raise Finished Goods Transfer Note (FGTN) shift/daily basis (no FG will be kept in production custody).
04. Ensure precise quality formulation according to the QCD-approved process sheet and must be recorded in the prescribed format.
05. To ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials, which would be reflected in productivity, process loss reduction, and production cost.
06. Machine breakdown must not exceed the given percentage in KPI.
07. To ensure scheduled and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
08. Coordination with several departments:
- a. Coordinate with warehouse for shifting of FG and receiving of RM/PM.
- b. Coordinate with the admin department for the required requisite manpower.
- c. Coordinate with the QC department for quality-related issues of products.
- d. Coordinate with the engineering department for maintenance-related issues of production machinery.
09. To ensure proper housekeeping (maintaining 5’S), painting works, and tiny repair works.
10. To ensure the overall safety of the granular & powder units as mentioned below :
- a. Health Safety (Serum cholinesterase must be at Zero level).
- b. Ensure all fire extinguishers are in their place.
11. All production and maintenance-related formats, registers, and documents must be updated daily, no pending issues will be there.
12. Responsible for implementing development & improvement work need to increase productivity & meet standards.
13. Accountable for ensuring reporting to the manager, production for day-to-day smooth activity as well monthly report.
14. Any task assigned by the management/ any superior.
