∎ Job Context:
∎ The Officer/Executive - Assembly & Finishing (Sports Shoes) is responsible for overseeing the assembly and finishing processes of sports shoe manufacturing. This role ensures that all products meet the buyer's quality standards and production timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in footwear manufacturing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage and optimize production processes.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Overall responsible for individual production line for completion of production according to the production plan.
∎ b. Proper supervision during production.
∎ c. Ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency of processes.
∎ d. Ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
∎ e. Maintaining buyer's required SOP, policies and compliance.
∎ f. Coordinate with immediate supervisor and peers for smooth operation.
