Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of worker.
∎ Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.
∎ Manage all day to day production activities of the respective concern.
∎ Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
∎ Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
∎ Ensure utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability and report to the management accordingly.
∎ Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by superior authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 1-3 years where one year supervisory label experience
∎ 1 year relevant experience

Salary: Negotiable
