Job Context
A 100% export-oriented manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Officer (VAT & TAX)
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all accounting transactions.
Perform all functions to generate and manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly accounting reports in accordance with IAS.
Manage Tax and VAT issues in compliance with existing laws of the country.
Prepare and monitor bills/invoices, vouchers, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other records.
Assist accounting team to develop, implement, modify, and documenting recordkeeping and accounting system.
Maintain liaison with TAX and VAT circle offices and solve the barriers related to company TAX & VAT Issue.
Prepare various TAX and VAT returns and ensure timely submission of the same to respective offices.
Preparation and submission of VAT related returns. Handling of TAX & VAT case related works.
Prepare and maintain VAT register and record as per law.
Monitor month-end accounting process and prepare reports, schedules, payments, and receipts for management.
Operate accounting software effectively and efficiently.
