∎ Experience: The applicants should have 0 to 5 year’s experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Pet Bottle Processing/Recycling Plant/ Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF)/ Padding and Quilting/ Spinning/ Textile/
∎ Outwear Garments
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ • Candidates must be smart, presentable, free of using local dialects
∎ • Candidates must have interpersonal and anger management skills
∎ • Candidates needs to be technologically and digitally sound / need to be tech savvy
∎ • Energetic, creative, sincere and honest
∎ • Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.
∎ • Honesty and Sincerity Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on time production.
∎ Monitor lot and count to avoid mixing and mix the raw material according to the chart of quality standard.
∎ Prepare report on machine shutdown time, machine trouble, and production losses.
∎ Monitor doffing time to meet the target of the production and grade wise machine setting.
∎ Monitor all the machine and section properly to keep it neat and clean. Manage all the material on the floor to avoid mixing. All types of claimed material will be followed according to quality management plan.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or report to higher authority.
∎ Monitor wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met
∎ Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports
∎ Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
∎ Assist APO and Floor supervisor to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
