∎ • Bachelor of Science (BSc)/ Masters of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Universities.

∎ Pet Bottle Processing Plant, Plastic Staple Fiber (PSF), Padding and Quilting
∎ • Honesty and Sincerity Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of machinery used in washing line, PSF, Spinning.
∎ • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
∎ • Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute necessary repairs.
∎ • Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors during equipment commissioning to ensure proper functionality.
∎ • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions. Implement corrective actions to address recurring issues and improve overall equipment reliability.
∎ • Process Optimization: Work closely with production teams to optimize mechanical processes for efficiency and quality. Identify opportunities for improvements and implement changes to enhance overall productivity.
∎ • Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
∎ • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
∎ • Generate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and improvement initiatives.
∎ • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
