Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct selection and recruitment process for all employees that includes maintaining internal/external job advertisement, ability test, interview, reference check, negotiation, and offer finalization.
∎ Conduct training need analysis (TNA), prepare training calendar, and arrange training program as per requirement.
∎ Complete talent management process in the organization to identify right talent is in right place.
∎ Develop and coordinate orientation program for new joiners and keep records of the program.
∎ Ensure employee information is well maintained and input given in the software as and when required.
∎ Prepare appointment letters to new joiners along with all the necessary forms required to join the company.
∎ Work on transfer, promotion, resignation, contract renewal, final settlement, and other related services for all employees.
