Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist Head of the Department in formulating and implementing product process standardization and improvement plan for both Automotive & Industrial Batteries in line with Market demand.
- Net product design and proto-type testing for approval before introduction as per market requirement.
- Validate BSTI and other international standard for all RBL products.
- Bench marking of all RBL products with other reputed manufacturers in international market.
- Set-up /establish and up-date system inline with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards requirement to implement.
- Establish and Implement annual product/process/technology improvement plan.
- Develop and maintain drawings, data, specification sheets for all related to tools, product and process for ready reference.
- Coordinate and implement agreed plans with Consultant and Technology partners as agreed by authority.
- Develop core technical team and motivated work force.
- Co-ordinate activities with Production, QA, and management staff for product development.
