Responsibilities & Context:
Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target.
Organize records and report section wise performance for MIS.
Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain records in line with ISO 9001 QMS requirements and effective participation to attain organizational benefits.
Ensure environmental compliance of EMS as per requirement of ISO 14001 and company policy.
Ensure and maintain occupational health & safety compliance at workplace in line with OHSAS 18001:2007 standard to improve employee morale.
Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in production process and suggest improvements.
Optimize output per man shift (OMS) in line with business plan.
Motivate work force and develop subordinates/officers to enhance productivity.
Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continuous cost improvement.
Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy.
Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
