• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Power

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Implement production plan and achieve production target. Support line management to implement changes in production planning.

• Report section wise activities/ performance for MIS.

• Execute operational plan as per process instruction and maintain records in line with ISO 9001 QMS requirements.

• Ensure and maintain compliance of EMS as per requirement of  ISO 14001 and company policy.

• Ensure and maintain occupational health & safety compliance at workplace in line with OHSAS 18001:2007 standard to improve employee morale.

• Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continuous cost improvement.

• Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy.

• Ensure continual improvement of self development and work process/system.

• Ensure smooth operation of ERP (IMAS) software, ETP, DMW and acid plant operations.
