Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide significant assistance to the Head of Department in the area of financial control, financial and management accounting, financial reporting.
∎ Arrangement, negotiation and monitoring of credit facilities with Banks/ FI’s
∎ Preparation of cash flow, bank reconciliation, repayment schedule & overall Loan statement.
∎ Assist Finance & Accounts with implementation of transaction procedures and system for effective cash flow management, banking operation, leasing and safe guarding of company interest.
∎ Maintain banking/leasing regulatory requirement like insurance, stock statement, submission of financial statement.
∎ Ensure all collections and repayment with follow-up of concerned departments for smooth operation of the company.
∎ Monitor inventory, debtors, suppliers due and advances to agreed level to minimize finance cost.
∎ Assist VAT department to collect DEDO & VAT certificate from bank on time.
∎ Assist accounts department to collect TAX certificate from bank on time.
∎ Preparation aging report of receivable, advances, security deposit & earnest money.Ensure continual improvement of work process/system and development of self.
