Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry, Paper

• Age 26 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.

Job Context:

• Job Locations will be in Savar, Hemayetpur.
• Must ensure stay with the Company for a minimum of 3 Years.

Responsibilities:

• Sampling & analysis of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM) & finished Goods (FG).
• Test report of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM) & finished Goods (FG).
• Maintain Lab. reference documentation of RM, PM & FG.
• Preparation & updating of SOP, Specification & other documents as and when required.
• Preservation of reference sample of RM, PM & FG.
• Performing QAD activities.
• Maintain housekeeping & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in Lab. activities.
• Knowledge & practical experience in Process Validation and IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ of instruments.
• Product Stability Protocol.
• External Audit handling capability.
• Problem Solving Capability (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA etc).
• Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
