Excellent oral and written communication skill
Sound Knowledge on MS Office
Sound Knowledge on production planning, GMP and Six Sigma
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute and ensure optimum uses of the resources to meet production targets with low cost.
Ensure operation and maintenance of juice processing and packaging machinery (Sterilizer, Aseptic Filling, Straw Applicator, Wrapping, Cartooning Machine and others).
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
Ensure food safety, chemical safety and proper cleaning of the workplace.
Prepare SOPs, conduct training and perform BSTI regulatory works.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
