Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Masters

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Deep technical knowledge of screen printing processes, printing inks, color matching, and printing machinery;     

• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills;    

• Good communication skills both in written & speaking in English·        

• Well conversant in MS-Office·        

• Pro-active, able to work under pressure.

• Development of verities of product`s Cost Card and arrange for top management approval.

• Overall execution of product development task, communication and co-ordination.

• Managing functional activities to develop a new product line and work for continuous growth of the company new and existing products range.

• Prioritizing all development related tasks, communication and other sampling activities.

• Work in collaboration with the design and production teams to develop innovative ideas.

• Understanding, analyzing and presenting consumer insights to update existing products to keep the lineup competitive, extending their product life cycle and increasing sales and profitability.

• Work together with the sales and marketing department to develop focus groups, observational studies and quantitative analysis to identify consumer problems and needs, test concepts and evaluate prototypes.

• Interacting with consumers and clients to better understand their demands to develop a product that perfectly solves the problem they`ve been facing.

• Transform consumer needs into product benefits and product specification to ensure that the company keeps attending to consumer needs within the target product cost to provide a competitive retail price.

• Support and follow up on sample development to ensure design and production areas have a successful result.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the product idea and prices are viable and above competitor product features.

• Maintaining the perfect balance between the designing, management and the collaborative aspect of the job by working within a team to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to accomplish the product development on time and with high quality standards.

• Identify and report manufacturing challenges and issues that arise during the design and development phase of the product.

• Sourcing raw materials with competitive price to meet buyer target price.

• Product cost analyzing and modification according to buyer`s requirements.

• Any other task provided by the Management from time to time.
