Responsibilities & Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd, a leading handbag manufacturing industry in Bangladesh & 100% export-oriented company based in Hong Kong, located at Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari is looking for skilled and experienced Senior/Officer – Production to supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth production activities. The role plays a vital part in production team, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily output targets while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production operations to ensure targets are achieved.

• Allocate manpower efficiently to meet delivery deadlines as per the production plan schedules.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

• Provide leadership, training, and support to production workers to improve performance and productivity.

• Monitor raw materials usage and minimize production wastage.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Store, and Planning teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain strict compliance with workplace safety and company policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.

• Maintain discipline and a high-performance work environment on the workshop floor.
