Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry

• At least 2 years

• Experience preferable in Hygiene Products (Sanitary Napkin & Baby Diaper)/ Pharmaceuticals/ Consumer products manufacturing industry
• Candidates must have experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), Statistical process control & knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures and protocols from raw materials to finished products
• Oversee the manufacturing process and conduct regular inspections
• Ensure quality standards, specifications and calibration of lab equipment
• Analyze data on product quality, identify trends, investigate root cause of any quality related issues
• Supervise the quality control team, provide training and guide on quality standards and procedures
• Communicate quality issues effectively and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction and cost optimization related to quality
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
• Any other task assigned by Supervisor
