- Experience preferable in Hygiene Products (Sanitary Napkin & Baby Diaper)/ Pharmaceuticals/ Consumer products manufacturing industry
- Candidates must have experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), Statistical process control & knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities & Context:
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and protocols from raw materials to finished products
- Oversee the manufacturing process and conduct regular inspections
- Ensure quality standards, specifications and calibration of lab equipment
- Analyze data on product quality, identify trends, investigate root cause of any quality related issues
- Supervise the quality control team, provide training and guide on quality standards and procedures
- Communicate quality issues effectively and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction and cost optimization related to quality
- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor
