Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Microbiology from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
napkin, Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare SOP of lab equipment and operate lab equipment according to SOP.
∎ Prepare Test procedure of RM/PM & finished products.
∎ Check all analytical report of RM/PM & finished products.
∎ Update test procedure and specification.
∎ Perform sampling and analysis in different stages of process validation and cleaning validation of equipment.
∎ Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard.
∎ Make suggestions for changes, improvements and how to implement them.
∎ Ensure proper packing, date coding, sealing and other procedure.
∎ Monitor performance based on relevant data and produce statistical report.
∎ Calibration and maintenance of QC and microbiology lab instruments and other apparatus.
∎ Maintain all controlled documents files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Ensure release or reject of packaging materials in time.
∎ Check the solution of Wet Tissue & Baby Wipes.
∎ Aware QC personal about personal safety.
∎ Aware QC personal about safe operation of equipment.
∎ Assist to analyze market complain and find out the causes of complain and remedy with the help of production department.
∎ Maintain effective working relationship with the other department.
∎ Conduct microbiology testing and prepare test report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Hygiene industry are get preference.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Application suite.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
