∎ B.Sc in Chemistry/ Food Science/ Pharmacy/ Biochemistry. Candidates from public universities will get preference

∎ Age at most 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and ensure that the entire floor sanitation process, cleanliness, and hygienic conditions are maintained as per specifications.
∎ Check the quality of in-process products and ensure that all chemical tests (Brix, Acidity, pH, Density, and Packaging Integrity), as well as physical and organoleptic properties, conform to standard specifications.
∎ Ensure that packing, labeling, and coding are done according to prescribed standards.
∎ Collect samples and conduct quality analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and others according to approved procedures.
∎ Validate and qualify equipment and analytical test methods.
∎ Maintain documentation, develop and update SOPs, and ensure proper record-keeping.
∎ Support GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, and critical hygiene procedures, ensuring their effectiveness.
∎ Participate in all activities related to implementing the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System in the factory.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
