Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Bio Chemistry from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform in-process inspection to verify the requirement of SOPs during production in processing & packaging area at toll manufacturing company.
∎ Ensure strict GMP during manufacturing & packaging operations.
∎ Sample bulk product to ensure the analysis of each batch.
∎ Ensure and verify the cleaning area of production.
∎ Sample each batch of finished product to ensure the analysis.
∎ Ensure the retention sample of each batch in specified area.
∎ Manage change control, deviation and customer complaint.
∎ Prepare the report of annual product review.
∎ Confirm all tests as per in-house specification and report in details.
∎ Monitor dispensing of raw materials as per guidelines to ensure proper weighing and use proper materials and timely dispense.
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness & calibration of all IPC equipment's as per SOP.
∎ Monitor environment of production area during manufacturing of pharmaceuticals product.
∎ Maintain procedure and operating instructions for all QA activities including GMP, GLP and others regulatory guideline.
∎ Maintain related log books, registers as when needed.
∎ Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Minimum 01-year experience in QA and QC department in any reputed pharmaceuticals company will get preference.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
