∎ BSc in EEE/ ME/ IPE/ MSc in Food Engineering and Technology/ M. Pharm

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience not mandatory but, candidates having experience in Tetra Pak machine or similar beverage industry will get preference
∎ Good knowledge about production planning, teamwork, GMP, Six Sigma
∎ Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & execute day to day production to achieve yearly production target.
∎ Ensure operation and maintenance of juice processing and distribution machinery. (Sterilizer, Aseptic Filling, Straw Applicator, Wrapping, Cartooning Machine and others)
∎ Ensure optimum use of man machine & materials to meet production targets with low cost.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
∎ Assist to prepare SOPs, training coordination, RM-PM and Wastage management.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
