Experience:

• At least 3 years

• M. Pharm or BSc. in EEE/ ME / Food Engineering and Technology

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali     

• Proficiency in Production planning, GMP, Six Sigma       

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite Packages

• Ensure the quality of production for all products from the acquisition of materials to the finish products

• Plan, develop and execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality       

• Ensure optimum use of man, machine and materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency       

• Review all BMR, BPR and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the SOP      

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents as per ISO 9001:2015       

• Ensure all machine operation, food safety, chemical safety, machine CIP and proper cleaning of the workplace      

• Supervise to improve the productivity and reduce the production cost       

• Maintain proper communication with the internal and external stakeholders       

• Prepare SOPs and conduct training for further development       

• Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification

• Any other duties assigned by the Management
