Proficiency in Production planning, GMP, Six Sigma
Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite Packages
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the quality of production for all products from the acquisition of materials to the finish products
Plan, develop and execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality
Ensure optimum use of man, machine and materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency
Review all BMR, BPR and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the SOP
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and other documents as per ISO 9001:2015
Ensure all machine operation, food safety, chemical safety, machine CIP and proper cleaning of the workplace
Supervise to improve the productivity and reduce the production cost
Maintain proper communication with the internal and external stakeholders
Prepare SOPs and conduct training for further development
Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification
Any other duties assigned by the Management
