Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the quality of production for all food products from the acquisition of materials to the finish products
∎ Organize duties of Operators/ Process Workers/ Packers effectively and handles technical problems in production
∎ Provide overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in the dispensing, processing and packaging area
∎ Plan, develop and execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality
∎ Ensure optimum use of man, machine and materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency
∎ Review all BMR, BPR and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the SOP
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production report and compilation of other documents of FMD
∎ Ensure all machine operation, food safety, chemical safety, machine CIP and proper cleaning of the workplace
∎ Supervise to improve the productivity and reduce the production cost
∎ Analysis of machine breaks down time and running time with reporting to GM, Bhaluka Factory
∎ Prepare SOPs & analyze training needs and conduct training programs for production department
∎ Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
