Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the capacity of assigned production lines with proper balancing; Method study of each operation to improve capacity; Calculation and reduction of NPT & changeover time; Find out all types of wastage in the designated area; Analyze the efficiency of each assigned line and find out the root causes of not achieving the goal;· Implementation of Kaizen to minimize the cost and increase efficiency regularly;· Any other tasks assigned by the Head of IE & Planning.
