Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Development in any reputed pharmaceutical company will be preferred
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Should have knowledge on cGMP and GLP rules and regulation

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out pre-formulation study, prepare technical data, annexure and recipe to submit Drugs Administration for all dosage form (OSD, Liquid, Semisolid, Sterile and Oncology products)
∎ Perform lab batch and pilot batch considering critical attributes
∎ Preparation of all relevant documents of technology transfer and file compilation
∎ Analysis of raw materials and finished products
∎ Prepare Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) sample submission in case of INN products and perform testing for approval purposes
∎ Develop raw and packaging materials specifications, analytical report sheet and prepare machine trial report of packaging materials
∎ Prepare BMR, BPR, process validation protocol and perform the validation of first three commercial batches to evaluate the process and prepare report
∎ Compile the product master file with approved documents
∎ Develop new sources to enlarge vendor list
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
