Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Microbiology. Candidates from Public University will be given preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect samples and conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products and water according to approved procedure
∎ Perform the Hygiene monitoring of environment and facilities
∎ Carry out cleaning efficiency checks on process machineries after and before CIP
∎ Perform Validation & Qualification of equipment and microbiology test methods
∎ Conduct calibration of all equipment inside Microbiology Lab
∎ Maintain inventory & management of laboratory media, reagent and instruments
∎ Create, conduct periodic review and manage SOP
∎ Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of SOPs, method and record keeping
∎ Investigate out of specification results utilizing structured problem solving and root cause analysis
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 year of experience in QA & QC department in any reputed FMCG/ Pharmaceutical company is preferable
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Should have good communication skill in both Bengali & English
