Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have BSc/ MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform microbiological test of all finished products as per regulatory guide line
∎ Accomplish environmental monitoring and swab analysis to improve the overall plant hygiene
∎ Prepare starter culture for production of different fermented products
∎ Conduct validation of all production process and CIP process line
∎ Ensure GMP audit of all production line
∎ Provide training to the laboratory staff and chilling center staff on the antibiotics, hygiene sanitation, cleaning and good quality of milk collection
∎ Verify the CCP, OPRP and PRPs implementation at the factory.
∎ Visit chilling center and market as per schedule
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Candidate with one year working experience in food industry or pharmaceutical as microbiologist will be given preference
∎ Age and education may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Knowledge on microorganism, microbial analytical job, Food safety management system, Quality Control Analysis, Lab Analysis
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation
