∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Factory Operation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Control/ Inspect

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check Quality Specification of incoming materials & different test related to production.
∎ To lead, guide, direct of all QA supervisors/linemen in production floor.
∎ Hourly checklist monitoring of various operation of production process.
∎ To keep record of all defective/'B' pair shoes from end table checker with the help of linemen.
∎ To find out root cause of defects & to take corrective action.
∎ To ensure that approved production sample are available & shoes are packed as per sample.
∎ Analysis of shop return and customer claim shoes as per category & to take corrective actions.
∎ To check supplier shoes (close shoe, sandal, thong etc) before receiving to CDC.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
