∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day HR works
∎ Screen resumes and candidates to match position requirement.
∎ Assist conduct interviews and/ or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis.
∎ Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
∎ Preparation and managing workers and staff's personal files, update leave state and monthly salary sheet.
∎ Payroll management.
∎ Deal with leave management, attendance monitoring, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and Orientation.
∎ Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures.
∎ Maintain compensation & benefit program for all employees.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor/ management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
