Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

* Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Codes of Conduct (CoC), and company policies

* Maintain and update all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports

* Must have experience handling audits from European-based buyers

* Monitor and manage compliance certifications and audits such as **BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, OCS, RCS, GOTS, GRS, RSC, Nirapon, etc.

* Prepare, implement, and effectively monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against audit findings to ensure timely and sustainable compliance

* Handle buyer audits including WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Higg Index, and C-TPAT (SCAN, GSV)

* Monitor daily worker health & safety issues including fire safety, accident investigation, and root cause analysis

* Arrange and conduct training programs such as orientation, health & safety, fire safety, first aid, MSDS, security awareness, and anti-harassment training

* Update company policies including Code of Conduct, Worker Handbook, Training Policy, and Workplace Rules

* Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to leave, wages, overtime, benefits, and compensation

* Maintain grievance handling and disciplinary procedures and ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace across all departments

* Conduct regular factory walkthroughs to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions

* Maintain positive industrial relations among workers, factory management, and top management

* Coordinate with government and non-government organizations regarding compliance matters

* Review personal files, maternity benefits, discontinuation records, payroll, and salary sheets for audit readiness

* Conduct injury analysis, risk assessments, and preventive action planning.
