The role and responsibility of as a Sales Trainee is looking after and focuses selling of products and/or services according to guideline by his/her supervisor. Also share clients queries to his/her supervisor for development of strategies. As such, need to stay connected with the marketing environment and adapt strategy to best serve the interests of the organization and to keep pace with the competition in their field. The individual is responsible for mining new the customer database, visit to convince clients to sell the product/services, executing clients order fulfillment and maintaining the relationship with clients. This role also involves analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights, managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the business. A Sales Trainee is working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. He/she should be an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized and able to operate well in a team under pressure
Job Responsibilities
Execute a diverse service environment and maintain operations for service excellence
Achieve personal sales targets
Generating own inquiries and close deals independently.
Attend leads and follow up on the leads regularly
Follow up on customer queries and take necessary action with consultation with higher authority.
Maintaining good relations with the client.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand and marketing activities
Execute activities driven by data analytics
Identify and maintain strategic business partnerships
Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs and activities over digital platforms
Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
