  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Booking platforms (Courier, Forwarder, Shipping Lines).
  • Must have expertise in MS Office specially in Excel
  • Proficiency in Data Management


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to the production units.
  • Collaborate with logistics provider, Airlines, suppliers merchandising teams, C&F Agent to streamline the in/outbound logistics process and on time delivery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with import regulations and company policies.
  • Overseas dispatch and delivery, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and export documentation.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to secure cost-effective and reliable shipping solutions.
  • Maintain and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising and commercial, to align logistics activities with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, and costs.
  • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and address logistics challenges, including delays, transportation issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals.
  • Others as per management decision.
