• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in Woven Jackets, Outerwear (padded & non-padded), Activewear and Jersey Wear garments manufacturing.
• Experience working with multiple international buyers is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in handling and leading large QC teams across multiple production lines.
• Excellent analytical ability, leadership skills, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English (both speaking and writing) is mandatory.

The Head of Quality Control Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Quality Control (QC) function of the factory. The incumbent will ensure that all products meet customer quality requirements, and comply with industry standards and buyer specifications. This role demands a strong leader with analytical ability, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing quality across production lines of woven jackets, outerwear (padded/non-padded) and jersey/active wear.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management & Control

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure consistent quality standards.

• Ensure overall Quality Assurance for Woven Jackets, Outerwear (padded & non-padded), Activewear, and Jersey Wear.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures during raw material inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, and final inspection.

• Monitor and improve in-line and end-line quality systems to reduce defects and rework.

• Ensure compliance with buyer’s technical specifications, AQL/International Quality Standards, and internal SOPs.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and supervise quality control operations across 70/80 lean production lines effectively.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor QC & QA teams including Line QC, End-Line QC, Final Inspectors, and Lab Technicians.

• Arrange training on quality standards, buyer requirements, and workmanship.

• Set performance KPIs and monitor QC staff performance.

3. Customer & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with buyer’s technical specifications, AQL/International Quality Standards, and internal SOPs.

• Attend buyer quality meetings, audits, and product review sessions.

• Maintain strong coordination with merchandising, production, IE, and technical teams to resolve quality issues.

4. Risk Assessment & Improvement

• Analyze defects, rejection trends, and root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates, DHU%, and enhance productivity.

• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality reports for management review.

5. Final Inspection & Shipment Approval

• Supervise final inspections before shipment and ensure quality clearance.

• Liaise with third-party inspection teams and buyers for final approval.
