Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Sound knowledge in store/warehouse & inventory management.
  • Adequate knowledge of inventory management software.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
  • Interpersonal skill and team work skill & problem solving skill. 


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure proper manage, supervise and storage the overall store operations including raw materials, consumables and spare parts.

  • Monitor inventory planning, develop inventory management systems, maintain stock levels, and coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers.

  • Prepare plan to optimize inventory control procedures to avoid shortages or overstock situations and analyze data to anticipate future needs.

  • Prepare GRN (Good Receipt Note) in due time by using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

  • Raise material requisition according to the demand of production department.

  • Ensure and control daily materials receive, storage, and delivery from store to production floor as per their requirements.

  • Monitor, analyze and update daily consumption & take out of raw materials, daily stock status in the software accurately and ensure real-time inventory updates.

  • Coordinate with procurement, production, Maintenance department (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument) and QC teams for smooth material flow.

  • Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems.

  • Conduct training, provide guideline to store keepers and material-handling staff to provide correct items against the demands.

  • Prepare different types of reports i.e. daily production report, raw material consumption report, inventory report, dispatch report.

  • Implement and enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the store/warehouse.

  • Assist in internal auditor during annual internal inventory audit.
