1. Candidates having working experience in INDITEX/BERSHKA will be given priority.

2. The incumbent must have experience on Outerwear categories, knowledge on Garment TC Generation.

3. The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor`s degree The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor`s degree. BSC in Textile Engineering (Specially Apparel) will get preference.

4. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. The candidate should be an expert in performing necessary tasks on buyer`s web portals, PLM or B2B systems.·      

5. An ideal candidate should possess several mandatory characteristics, including promptness, self-drive, energy, the ability to work under pressure, obedience, decent manners, and a desire to learn.·

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Woven Jackets/Outer Wear Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the post of "Merchandiser ". The incumbent must have experience on Outerwear categories, knowledge on Garment TC Generation. Candidates having working experience in INDITEX/BERSHKA will be given priority.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Merchandiser is the main responsible person to align the timeline for both development and bulk production. 

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following-

• Candidate having experience about garment TC generation via third party portal.
• The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage "Development" and "Bulk Production Procurement"
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.
• Able to understand buyer's tech pack, BOM sheet. Capable to analyze the comments comparing with spec sheet.
• To ensure samples have to be developed according to the buyer’s instruction
• Preparing bulk order sheets, collect PI/bill from suppliers & ensure their payment on time to maintain the better flow in supply chain
• Ensure all approvals (lab dips/trims/acc/ from customer end within the time frame.
• Advising and assisting production and quality department.
• Proper knowledge on fabric, material consumption.
• Aware about testing procedures of component as well as garments. Capable to generate TRF (Test request Form), inspection request form for 3rd party lab/auditor.
• The candidate will be responsible for promptly replying to and acknowledging each customer's email within 24 hours on workdays.
