Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
APICS/ASCM / CPIM or other internationally recognized certification preferred
12-15+ years of progressive supply chain experience across multiple functions (planning, sourcing, logistics, and operations) from FMCG or large multinational companies.
Proven experience in network design, operating model redesign, and large-scale transformation programs
Strong understanding of S&OP/IBP, supply chain risk management, and cost optimization methodologies
Experience driving digitalization, analytics, or Al initiatives in supply chain is highly preferred
Experience in leadership or enterprise-level influence role is an advantage

The Supply Strategy Manager defines and drives the long-term supply chain strategy to ensure the organization`s supply chain evolves in line with business growth, resilience, sustainability ambitions, and industry best practices. This role acts as the architect of the future-state supply chain shaping operating models, network design, digital roadmaps, and strategic resilience frameworks to deliver competitive advantage.
What You Will Do
Develop and continuously refine the end-to-end supply chain strategy (network design, footprint optimization, make/buy strategy, outsourcing frameworks)
Define future-state supply chain operating models aligned with corporate growth ambitions
Lead cost-to-serve optimization and total value delivery frameworks
Design resilience strategies covering geopolitical, supplier, and operational risks
Sponsor and govern major supply chain transformation initiatives
Ensure alignment between strategy, S&OP/IBP frameworks, and execution governance
Drive digital supply chain roadmap including automation, analytics, Al, and decision intelligence
Lead cross-functional strategic projects across sourcing, planning, logistics, and performance management
Provide executive-level strategic recommendations
Develop business cases for major investments (network redesign, automation, capability development)
Establish supply chain performance and maturity frameworks
Partner with Finance and Strategy to shape long-term investment priorities
