Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Senior Executive – IT is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across the organization by managing hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system administration, and network management to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems, business applications, and licensed software.
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to internal users and resolve IT issues within defined timelines.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus systems, access controls, data protection, and backup solutions.
  • Monitor system logs, network performance, and security alerts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support IT system upgrades and technology initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to understand operational requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
