• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver high-quality features

• Develop scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs

• Implement responsive and optimized UI/UX interfaces

• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications

• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code

• Handle deployment and server-side configuration

• Debug, fix issues, and continuously improve existing systems

KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

1. Task Delivery & Productivity

90–95% task completion rate

On-time delivery of assigned tasks/sprints

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

2. Code Quality

Clean, reusable, and scalable code

Maintain low bug rate (<5%)

Proper Git workflow and version control usage

3. Performance & Optimization

API response time optimized (<300–500ms where applicable)

Efficient MongoDB query handling

Improved frontend load performance

4. Problem Solving

Fast debugging and issue resolution

Ability to design scalable solutions, not just fixes

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js

• Experience with MongoDB / Mongoose

• REST API development experience

• Git & GitHub proficiency

• JWT / Authentication system knowledge

• Understanding of deployment (Linux / VPS / Cloud basics)

• Problem-solving mindset
  

Preferred Skills

• Next.js experience

• TypeScript knowledge

• Docker / CI-CD understanding
