• নিজস্ব মোটরবাইক ও বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। প্রতিদিন ৮০-১২০ কি.মি. চলাচলের সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• পরিশ্রমী, সৎ ও উদ্যোগী মানসিকতার অধিকারী হতে হবে

• কথাবার্তায় পরিষ্কার, উপস্থাপনায় দক্ষ এবং নেগোশিয়েশনে পারদর্শী হতে হবে

• স্কুল, কলেজ, মাদরাসা, ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান ও কৃষি প্রতিষ্ঠানে মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে

• SaaS সফটওয়্যার, SMS Service বা IT সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন

• সফটওয়্যার, ISP বা IT কোম্পানিতে সেলস অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে বয়স ও শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য

Responsibilities & Context:

• মাঠ পর্যায়ে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান (স্কুল, কলেজ, মাদরাসা), ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান, কৃষি সংগঠন ও SME প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরাসরি ভিজিট করে কোম্পানির পণ্য ও সেবা উপস্থাপন করা

• Eqrah Next, Al-Resalah SMS, AgriZen সহ কোম্পানির সকল প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিসের বিক্রয় ও লিড জেনারেশন করা

• বিদ্যমান ও সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা

• ওয়েব/মোবাইল অ্যাপ, ERP ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সেবার সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্ট চিহ্নিত করে রিপোর্ট করা

• বাজার পরিস্থিতি বিশ্লেষণ করে নতুন সেলস ও মার্কেটিং আইডিয়া উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রদান করা

• দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা

• ক্লায়েন্ট ভিজিট রিপোর্ট, সেলস ফোরকাস্ট এবং মার্কেট ফিডব্যাক নিয়মিত রিপোর্টিং করা

• কোম্পানির স্বার্থ রক্ষা করে ক্লায়েন্টদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা
