Context: Executive Officer, IT is responsible for managing and maintaining the server infrastructure associated with GPS tracking systems. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation, security, and performance of GPS tracking servers and applications, as well as providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users and clients experiencing issues with GPS tracking servers or apps.

• Troubleshoot and resolve server and application-related problems promptly.

• Assist in developing user guides and documentation for GPS tracking systems.

Data Management:

• Manage the storage, retrieval, and processing of GPS tracking data.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, and comply with data privacy regulations.

• Generate reports and analytics from GPS data to support business operations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with software developers to integrate new GPS tracking features and functionalities.

• Coordinate with hardware vendors to ensure compatibility and performance of GPS tracking devices.

• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain overall system stability and performance. 

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GPS tracking technology and best practices.

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance server and application performance, security, and user experience.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
