Experience:
**Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.·
-3–7 years of experience in corporate sales, telecom sales, B2B sales, or enterprise solution sales.·
-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.·
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.·

**Preferred Skills:
-Experience in Bulk SMS, telecom, ISP, software, SaaS, or IT-enabled service sales.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development operations for our Bulk SMS and Enterprise Messaging services in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding corporate sales, building strategic client relationships, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.
The candidate will actively promote our SMS solutions to banks, corporate offices, universities, hospitals, NGOs, e-commerce companies, and public service organizations that require reliable bulk messaging services for communication, marketing, OTP, alerts, and customer engagement.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Bulk SMS business nationwide.
· Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients.
· Promote enterprise messaging solutions including:
o Promotional SMS
o Transactional SMS
o OTP SMS
o API SMS Integration
o Branded/Masking SMS
o Bulk Marketing SMS
o Alert & Notification SMS
· Conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
· Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and enterprise clients.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the corporate sales team.
· Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
· Train and guide sales executives on products, sales techniques, and market strategies.
· Develop sales pipelines and monitor conversion rates.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Reporting & Strategy· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
· Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
· Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Recommend new business strategies and revenue opportunities.
